Whistleblowing Policy

AIGHAP protects good-faith reporting of fraud, misconduct, abuse of authority, and legal breaches.

To enable confidential, secure, and non-retaliatory reporting of wrongdoing.

  • Fraud, corruption, bribery, theft, misuse of funds.
  • Serious misconduct, harassment, or abuse of power.
  • Legal/regulatory breaches or major safety risks.

Retaliation against reporters or witnesses is prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.

Identity and case information are restricted on a need-to-know basis.

Reports are triaged, assigned, investigated, and closed with documented audit trail.

Intentionally false allegations may lead to corrective or disciplinary action.
