AIGHAP maintains zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, harassment, and neglect.

To protect children and adults at risk in all AIGHAP operations and partner engagements.
Applies to staff, consultants, volunteers, partners, visitors, and contractors.
- Respect dignity and rights at all times.
- No sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, or retaliation.
- Mandatory reporting of concerns.
Risk screening, safer recruitment, induction, training, and supervision are mandatory.
Concerns are logged confidentially, risk-assessed, and investigated under defined protocols.
Safety, consent, confidentiality, and non-discrimination guide all response actions.
